Truflame's Lockdown: Making PPE for the NHS

Updated: May 14, 2021

Throughout lockdown Truflame wanted to do their bit to support the NHS in an extremely scary and challenging time during the Covid-19 pandemic. We decided we wanted to help the NHS by donating PPE to Sheffield's Teaching Hopsitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Chris Gavins, Truflame's managing director and his family all took part in assembling and packing 200 brow guards and visors.

This week we recieved a letter from Kirsten Major, the Chief Executive of Sheffied Teaching Hospitals expressing their gratitude of our donation and how the community has come together in support of the NHS during this time. We are proud to have contributed a small fraction to help towards to the NHS during the pandemic and thankful for their work throughout Covid-19.
