Our Hi-Lo UK flat-handle cutting torches are British-made and are fully repairable to keep your cutting torch running for several years. With the help of our repair and service team, we can ensure you get the very best of these cutting torches.
During the service and repair of these torches, we ensure they are fully inspected and remove any damaged sections, shot blast and repair before testing. Firstly our team inspect the head of the burning torch for damage and remove it if required. After removing the head (if damaged), straighten the tubes and shot blast the tips of the tubes to remove any contamination that will cause brazing issues. Fit the new head as per the customer's spec and braze using M10T 1.5mm. Silver solder and then slowly cool. Remove all components using the correct size spanners then shot and blast the torch and all components. After shot blasting, all equipment must be blown out using breathable compressed air to remove any loose shot material and then taken to the clean room for assembly.

The Hi-Lo UK Flat Handle cutting torches conforms to EN ISO 5172, manufactured under BS EN ISO 9001 and can be used with Acetylene & Propane Nozzles. These torches are available in; NM (Nozzle Mix) where the fuel gas and oxygen are mixed in the nozzle and MS (Universal) hand cutting is where the gases are mixed in the cutting torch head.
