Optrel Panoramaxx Quattro welding helmet is part of Optrel's new Panoramaxx series. The Quattro has been designed for use in heavy-duty industries such as heavy metal construction where a wide variety of welding positions are used especially in constrained positions where there is no straight view of the welding point.

The helmet has perfect viewing angle dependence according to EN 379 standard which guarantees Quattro welders have the best view of the welding process without manual adjustment of protection level.

Key Features:

  • ShadeTronic - Automatically adjusts the protection level to the changing light conditions of the welding arc.
  • FadeTronic - The opening of the anti-glare display can be continuously adjusted after welding.
  • Re-charge - The unique and environmentally friendly Optrel recharge energy concept ensures that welding helmets always have enough energy.
  • 5-Point Detection - 5-point detection integrated into the Panoramaxx series is an intelligent sensor control with five sensors.
  • Grinding mode - Like most Optrel Welding Helmets the products in the Panoramaxx series have a grinding mode.

Fields of Application:

  • Electrode welding (Stick Welding, SMAW)
  • MIG/MAG (GMAW)
  • GMAW High melting rate process
  • Flux cored wire welding
  • TIG welding (GTAW)
  • Plasma Arc welding
