Tradesmigs have an enviable reputation in the light duty MIG welding market for build quality and reliability and the 140-1 is no exception. Although designed to weld with steel and stainless steel with 0.6 and 0.8mm diameter wire, the 140-1 can also be used for MIG brazing applications.

As with the larger Tradesmigs, the 140-1 is equipped with a Power Smoothing Device™, which ensures a smooth welding current and excellent welding performance with CO2 and gas mixtures.

The lightweight (25kg), compact, single phase Tradesmig 140-1 supplied with an MXL 150V torch is ideal for a range of light duty MIG welding applications where a quality result is essential.
